Lovely apartment in the centre of the town.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and situated in the centre of the town. We had everything we need for our stay. We are recommending this apartment for everyone who is visiting the town of Breisach am Rhein.

If you want to sleep, don’t rent this room

The apartment is ok, has a mini kitchen, balcony and the size is more ryan enough.

We had the apartment number 3. First, it was impossible to reach anyone by phone on the day of arrival, several calls and bo response. The room was very hot and we had to open, at night was horrible because with cold outside, or we cook or we get cold. The mattress is horrible, you sink on it, I haven’t sleep an continuous hour. The shower was leaking from n the pipe and tye cleaning of the room is made fast as you can see lot of places uncleaned for months. 109 euros for a night here is not worth in my opinion.

Good location, but strong smell of smoke

The location is great, and the room was clean. It’s more of a room with a kitchenette than a full apartment, but it has all the basic essentials.

Unfortunately, despite being a non-smoking property, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room, which was quite unpleasant.

Location, easy accessible, very clean

Unfortunately only one comfortable chair to sit in, The pillows were very large and too soft so with one chair to sit in for comfort you couldn’t even get comfortable sitting up in bed because the pillows couldn’t function as a back support ! Also it’s very noisy!

Modern bright and large apartment, well equipped, and on a good location.

Apartments at the front have some more noise of passing cars. The central lights in the room could use a dimmer.

Affordable and in Prime location

Very well priced, good clean accommodation with good facilities, easy check in and easy street parking nearby.

Being on the front of the building the street noise might bother some if the windows are open. My wife noticed it but I slept soundly. 😴

Perfect accomodation for short stay in Breisach

Everything in the apartment was perfect for my two night stay. The bed is large and very comfortable. The room is bright and spacious, spotlessly clean. Bathroom is modern and the shower is amazing. Location is very central, lots of nice restaurants around. Short walk to REWE, edeka, train station, Rhein River. Really excellent value for money. The property owner is very friendly and met me at the property. Great experience!!

Just after I arrived the building manager met me and informed me that he required access to my room, so that he could make adjustments to the TV. This was really inconvenient and I felt an intrusion of my privacy, and troublesome with my two (nervous) dogs. I had just had a long journey, was exhausted and simply wanted a shower and relaxation. The manager couldn't even give me a specific time when he would want to enter my room, just a vague "in about 30 minutes to an hours time". The incident was nothing to do with the property owner, it was purely the building manager but it should have been better organised for when the property was vacant, between bookings.

Perfect room, centrally located and very clean!

Lovely room with private bathroom and even a small kitchenette, located in the lower center of the town. The place was very clean and we were welcomed by a very friendly lady who even had the room ready for us earlier than expected. Also the communication beforehand was very pleasant.

Correcto para dormir pero nada más

Buena ubicación.

No dispone de aparcamiento propio aunque hay zona gratis en las proximidades. La cama era muy incómoda, parecían dos camas en vez de una cama grande. El apartamento muy poco equipado, apenas una sartén y una olla para cocinar. La limpieza justa, había manchas al llegar. No disponía de dos enchufes al lado de la cama. El baño no tiene calefactor y hacía frío al salir de la ducha.

Zentrale Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung, unkomplizierter Check-In. Ich war schon mehrmals dort und kann die Appartements nur empfehlen.

Ich als Asthmatiker hatte massive Probleme mit der Ausdünstung eines Putzmittels, das wirklich extrem stark roch. Mir brannte der Hals, und sogar die Augen tränten. Ich musste die Fenster dauerhaft geöffnet halten, und das bei 5 Grad.

Super Lage, alles blitzblank sauber, praktisch und bequem. Ich würde das Appartement sofort wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung passt perfekt. Parkplätze hat's auch immer vor dem Haus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Breisach. Excellente communication avant et pendant notre séjour. Très bonnes réactions des personnels suite a problème de plomberie. Celà n'a pas affecté la qualité de notre séjour. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir!

Prima u ansprechende Ausstattung, sehr sauber, außergewöhnlich engagierte Betreuung vor Ort - vielen Dank nochmal für alle Infos u Hilfe an Frau Sabrina! Lage war ideal für uns u hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Gerne wieder!

Zeitlich begrenzte Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus verursachte Nervosität am Morgen, dass Parkplatz ab 9 Uhr nur 1 Stunde verfügbar war bzw ist. Angst vor Strafzettel wegen Parkzeitüberschreitung war bisschen ungemütlich.

Sehr sauber und geräumig. Es gab einen Aufzug.

Im Bad gibt es keine Heizung, morgens war es dort kalt. Ansonsten war es schön warm, dauerte jedoch weil bei den kalten Herbsttemperaturen die Wohnung ausgekühlt war.

Schickes, kleines Apartment (Nr. 1) - Preis-Leistung sehr gut

Preis-Leistung sehr gut (Appartement 1). Relativ gute Ausstattung: im Prinzip alles, was man braucht. (Der kleine Kühlschrank hat sogar ein Eisfach.) Geschickter Eingangsbereich mit vielen Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Jacken und Kleidung - und Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen von Schuhen. Sauber. Zentrumsnah zu Gaststätten, Bäckereien, Fußgängerzone etc. Attraktionen/Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig.

Kleinigkeiten: Etwas ungeschickt angebrachte Steckdosen (z.B. für Wasserkocher oder Senseo-Kaffeemaschine; Handy-Ladegerät) Zimmer/Appartement wirkt auf den Fotos größer - hat aber halt tatsächlich nur 20 Quadratmeter.

Freundliches, schönes, helles Appartement mit einem sauberen Bad, guter Ausstattung, Küchenzeile, bequemes Bett, W-LAN und guter Lage. Ein topp Bäcker ist gleich ums Eck.

Jammern auf dem höchsten Niveau: der Radio hatte eine abgerissene Antenne (App. 04) ein Toaster wäre nett gewesen und das Schlüsselkästchen vor dem Haus hat geklemmt....

Zentral und ruhig, Bäcker und alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Kommunikation mit dem Büro war schlecht. Gesendete Mails mit Personendaten kamen nicht an(4 mal gesendet), im Büro schlecht zu erreichen. Unnötiger Stress. Bitte um Verbesserung der Kommunikation. Im Zimmer waren noch fremde Kleidung im Schrank.

Der Müllkübel war nicht geleert, ein gebrauchtes Kaffeepad noch in der Maschine. Der Besen im Vorraum war extrem schmutzig. Es gab keine Geschirr- und Schwammtücher.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren 10 Tage hier und es war perfekt. Die Lage,das ganze drumherum,einfach alles. Es war wirklich alles von der Ausstattung her vorhanden und es hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar die Handtücher wurden während des Aufenthaltes kostenfrei gewechselt.

Alles bestens zu einem fairen Preis.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Anreise und Ausflüge mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr. Studio und Balkon haben den Beschreibungen gut entsprochen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Box wurde gut kommuniziert. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, unsere Anliegen wurden immer sofort aufgenommen, obwohl wir den Gastgeber nicht getroffen haben.
