This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

When we checked in there were dirty towels left in a pile in the upstairs bathroom. We contacted the property manager and that was resolved quickly. We thought… okay… maybe they are having staffing issues due to COVID and that will be the worst of it. Later that night when the kids were playing hide and seek we found an open and full container of alcohol in the closet where there were two bunk beds. Also , two of the kids stepped in broken glass that was there and cut themselves. I emailed the property manager again and got a quick reply and they said they could send someone to clean again but that was about it. For spending thousands of dollars for a house, I expect a certain level of cleanliness and safety for my family. I was disappointed on both accounts.
