Your holiday home "North Sea Magic" is in a central and extremely quiet location in the old bear town of Esens in the North Sea spa Esens-Bensersiel at the unique natural spectacle "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park", since 2009 "UNESCO World Natural Heritage". There are not many such holiday quarters in total in Esens and on the East Frisian North Sea as a whole, and the holiday home is also comparatively inexpensive. Therefore, the demand is very high and the holiday home "Nordseezauber" is therefore always fully booked early. The house is a detached former family home with a large garden, living room, dining room, kitchen and three bedrooms. There is also a large bathroom with a shower, bath and two vanities, another toilet and a garage for your vehicle. In the large garden with space to run around and play for the children who are very welcome, there is a very sheltered sun terrace for the adults. The house is in an extremely quiet location - if you don't mind the occasional snort of horses that "live" on the farm next door in the winter months. The holiday home "Nordseezauber" stands in the middle of the old town of Esens am Süderwall. The "Süderwall" is the former city wall of the city. The "Steinstrasse" pedestrian zone runs almost parallel to the "Süderwall" in just under 100 meters, and it is also only around 100 and 150 meters to the market square and the "Herdesstrasse" (next to the "Steinstrasse" the second most important shopping street). So you're right in the middle of Esens and that's really great! There is no through traffic on the "Süderwall". Thanks to good crossing regulations, you can drive by car right in front of the house, as already mentioned, there is a garage. Otherwise there is complete and astonishing tranquility in the immediate vicinity of the tourist town! Incidentally, the central bus station of Esens is also only about 200 meters away from the “Nordseezauber” holiday home.
