Prime location, helpful owner, good breakfast, big and clean apartment.

Property was in convenient location, the place was big and we got a 7th floor apartment with roof view. Mr. Gianluca was very nice and kept lots of cookies, croissants and other many stuffs as a compliment. Also liked the breakfast place Monaco which is right by the apartment. Gianluca checked with us for our 4 days stay for everything and was very helpful with any queries and suggestions. Very happy with our stay.

The accommodation is with a spacious terrace on the top floor, the whole complex is quiet (but we were not there during the day). Breakfast in the nearby café bar where you can choose from sweet and coffee. Furnishings of the apartment very nice, clean, the whole apartment smelled nice. Internet/wi-fi available. Owner very helpful, provided tips on where and how to travel. Metro station/train station within 10min walking distance, from where you can travel anywhere. Shops, ATM, restaurants within 10min distance. Parking in nearby underground garage (secure).

Great option for a stay in Rome

The Host, Gianluca, is a very friendly and helpful person. The flat is spacious and fully equipped, sweets and other nice welcome things were waiting for us. The flat has a large terrace with a wide view of the surroundings. It is well connected - a few moments walk and you are at the metro or Tiburtina train station. The flat is a great option for an overnight stay in Rome - if we return it will definitely be here.

Great holiday in Rome

We enjoyed our stay at home sweet station very much. First of all, good location near the metro - 10 minutes walk. Spacious flat with two rooms and a living room with kitchen. We had breakfast included in the price and got vouchers for breakfast at the Monaco patisserie, where you drink delicious coffee and have super croissants on sweet. The flat is on the 7th floor with a terrace that overlooks the district and the mountains in the distance. The flat has air conditioning. It is worth adding that the owner of the flat Gianluca is an extremely nice person and it is worth taking advantage of his knowledge and recommendations! Thank you for stay!

PERFECT HOUSE FOR ROME TRIP

Everything is perfect! Gianluca and his wife are very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. They made our stay in Rome an unforgettable moment with their extra care towards their guests. The best one! We encountered no issue at all and payment was straighforward. They are also extremely generous, we received complimentary of breads, milk, half dozens of mineral water, chocolates, and biscuits. The breakfast from a nearby cafe were included in our booking and their pistachio croissant is so tasty. Gianluca also gave a box of surprise choc eggs to my daughter and made her so happy. Overall, I believe this is the best stay we ever had and Gianluca's property deserved the 10 star.The house is wonderful - clean, comfortable, has a washing machine with tumble dryer, complete kitchen utensils and just so beautiful. It is very near to the Tiburtina Stazione, just 5-6minute walk and take about 10 or 12 mins to Termini Stazione. We just rode one direct subway to Colosseum and on another day, rode one direct bus to Fountain Trevi, basically easy access to all the attractions at Rome. There are many shops and restaurants around the house, make it much easier for our stay. The area is safe and walking home from the station at night is totally fine. We would definitely stay here again if we come to Rome next time.

The best in Rome

Very clean and comfy apartment, and very close to the train/metro station. By metro - centre is a 10 minute drive. The owner was very nice, supportive and helpful. Originally, apartment was with 2 single beds and 1 double bed, but when I texted Gianluca he resolved this problem right away. When we arrived there were 2 double beds and 1 single bed with conditioner in both rooms. (Which was a lifesaver for hot days of august in Italy) He also made sure that there was cold water in fridge, coffee, cookies and everything else we need. We arrived at midnight and he made sure that there was driver waiting for us and the ride would be cheaper than Taxi, that’s why we got there safely and without any problems. Also, Gianluca was amazing guide to us and recommended an excellent pizza place near the apartment. To sum up, Gianluca is one of the best owners who I have met while travelling and this was one of the best apartments.

The landlord is a very friendly and nice person ready to help all the time. The apartment and the tarrace are amazing and totally met our expectations. We will be happy to go back one day.

There is a missleading information that the offer includes breakfast. What it really includes is a voucher in a cafe neraby: 2€ per person, which is enough to get either a coffee or a croissant. If you want a full breakfast, you need to pay for it yourself.

we liked everything about the property. The property is located comfortably in the Tiburtina station where you have access to train, bus and wide range of shops and super market. Host is accommodating and made the place perfect for our stay. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to everyone.

Very good

The host was nice and helpful. There were some treats left for us like cookies and a small prosecco. We got breakfast vouchers to a cafe which was nice. The location is very convenient, next to train and subway station.

The information on the booking said that the payment was supposed to be with credit card, but a few hours before our arrival we got the message from the host that the payment will be in cash, even though we were in touch with the host a few days ahead of our arrival an nothing like that was mentioned. The host told us there's no card payment possible at all after we said we don't want to pay with cash. We are not form a country where you pay with euro, so last minute we had to find a way to exchange the money or we had to withdraw the money in Rome at night after arrival. Both options were troublesome and included additional exchange fees that we were not expecting. We asked for payment via Booking, but after trying the host told us it's not possible anymore. This is a dishonest behaviour and caused us a lot of problems. This is the first time this happened to us and I hope it never will again.

Sehr interessante Gegend, freundliche Leute. Frühstück in den Bäckereien sehr günstig und gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit für alles. Durch die räumliche Nähe zur Station Tiburtina ist man sehr gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Die Unterkunft bietet durch die Dachterrasse einen sehr schönen Rückzugsort von der Hektik der Stadt. Wir haben uns in diesem kleinen Penthouse sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Schönes Apartment mit toller Dachterrasse rundet den Rom Urlaub ab.

Sehr gemütliches sauberes Apartment, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, tolle große Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Umgebung. Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohngebiet, wo es abends sehr ruhig ist. Bis zur Metro läuft man ca. 15 Minuten und kommt von dort schnell ins Zentrum. Gianluca war immer schnell zu erreichen und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

Me gusto todo. Gianluca es muy amable, preocupado y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo que le sea posible. El departamento es muy cómodo, las camas cómodas, buen baño, excelente limpieza, muy cerca de metro y tren lo cual facilita movilizarse por la ciudad. El desayuno a un par de cuadras del departamento, es muy bueno, café, sándwich y croissant a disposición, muy rico todo. Gianluca nos dejó algunos detalles (chocolate, café) al llegar a la casa lo cual fue muy amable de su parte. Además nos consiguió taxi para llegar al aeropuerto y nos orientó en nuestro turismo en Roma. Recomiendo mucho el departamento de Gianluca.
