About this apartment rental
Come enjoy this super cute and cozy 1950's beach cottage only a couple of blocks from the beach, Isle of Palms restaurants and night life. Two blocks away from the Harris Teeter grocery store and just steps away from Café Paname with the most delicious lates and croissants one can find! After a breathtaking sunset or sunrise you can walk to a number of excellent restaurants - no need for Uber during your stay.
This is a cozy 350 square feet unit and has a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen bed pull out couch. It has a small dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. This place is fully equipped for great stay by the beach. Just bring your clothes, flip flops and relax for a great time in Isle of Palms!

This cottage sleeps a maximum occupancy of 4 - however, please note one of the beds is a pullout sofa in a very small living room space. Maximum occupancy is suggested only if children are in the reservation.
The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Property offers freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.
Bed and bath linens are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are available for rent from Iocal partners.

This was a stay of five nights for me and a girlfriend. This place was immaculately clean. The place is in a very great location. You can walk to the beach. It’s a couple of three blocks. Lots of food restaurants close by. I don’t want to be negative because everything was great. However, it is a very small space but they mentioned that on their website so it was all good. I give five stars.

The location was wonderful. The street is very busy and loud. We didn't sleep well due to the noise. It sounded as though the windows were open with the noise level. The place is very small, very small. The house is very clean and tidy. The bedroom and bed are extremely small; I bumped my ankles and legs on the bed frame daily. The outside is pictured as though it is a serene sitting area; however, it is not secluded or quiet. The house is on a very busy, heavily traveled road. Overall, this is a great property. I traveled with my daughter for her "right before graduation" escape. It was a great trip, communication with the property manager was wonderful, the cottage was clean, just a noisy, busy street throughout the evening into the early morning hours. We appreciated the getaway.
