About this apartment rental

You will enjoy "Breaking Away" to this cozy 1br/1ba at The Ocean Inn, a hidden gem with private pool, outdoor grill areas, on-site laundry and free parking.

The first thing you'll notice is all the bright natural light that comes into this condo. In fact, it is the only property in the complex with windows on three sides. Enjoy watching palm trees swaying in the breeze, seeing the "ocean peek" view in the distance, listening to the rush of the waves, and taking in silent morning sunrises....all from your front door! The living room has a comfy queen-sized sofa-bed with memory foam mattress and a natural wood woven chair. Enjoy the large screen SMART tv with cable and for some family fun, check out the books and games stocked in the entertainment center. Owner has provided a beach cart for bringing your chairs to the beach, or, feel free to bring along the ones offered for guest use. Other provisions include beach mats, flashlights, and umbrellas.

The kitchen has been redesigned for maximum use of space and has a full-sized refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed for a great home cooked meal so you can enjoy family-style eating at the dining table for 4. The kitchen also has a brand new dishwasher to make eating in easy and efficient.

The bedroom has a queen bed and two spots for storing your clothing while visiting. There is a second smart TV in this area, also with cable. You'll love the new colorful cafe doors between the bedroom and bathroom that provides privacy in the dressing area.

The bathroom has been beautifully renovated. The deep tub and shower is the perfect spot to enjoy a luxurious soak or refreshing shower after a day at the beach.

On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, free parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away. (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.)

Park the car and walk to anywhere you might want to go: the beach, great restaurants, local coffeehouse next door, unique shops, the local grocery store, and even The Island Spa. Feeling adventurous? Walk just next door to the moped rental shop so you can explore the quaint streets on the island, or zip over to Sullivan's Island for lunch and a visit to Fort Moultrie.

Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant are all within a short picturesque drive. We are located close to the Isle of Palms Connector so getting off the island to explore is quick and easy.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED Pets (DOGS ONLY) are allowed ONLY IN SELECT PROPERTIES. Breed/weight restrictions are applicable. PET FEES are $25/pet per night. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS. PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

We have stayed here twice and always enjoy it! We plan to come back again! The ease of parking, access to the pool and a very short direct walk to the beach is amazing especially for families with young children. Beth, the property manager is always so thoughtful and quick to jump in with any need that may arise. Ghank you!

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable.The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout.The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach.And WHAT A BEACH! The beach goes on each direction for a couple miles!Dinner, lunch and breakfast spots are easy to find.We will definately be back!
