Comfortable room. Clean. Excellent security staff who assisted us in the difficult process of gaining entry to our room. Lovely pool. Washing machine and dryer appreciated.

Access very difficult - had to supply photo of my passport information and make a payment BEFORE code to the room was given. This information was NOT DISCLOSED when I booked the room. We had no Wi-Fi and were jet-lagged. Non-slip shower mat had mold underneath - needs cleaning. Each person should have 2 pillows (only one each) and at least 2 towels (one for shower and one for pool). Absence of hand towels, bath mat and drying cloths for dishes. No instructions on how to operate cooling system but we figured it out. When I requested an extra towel the response was "we'll see if we can do this" and they did not. Part or all of the interaction was done via Chatbot. Impersonal and frustrating.

The room was big and the view was wonderful. Situated on top of the hill, the surroundings were also quiet and exclusive

A little dated. Toilet door can’t be closed properly, air conditioner was not cold. Check in was also a hassle as the host did not give the full address and I was stuck at security for awhile

Too old , and some dirty On the window have pigeons nest OMG so scary and noisy by birds all the times Tap water wasnt strong enough Security officer was so confuse about first time and parking lot is so difficult to find it
