About this house rental

This Sweet Retreat is in a calm, quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown! Our house is about 5 minutes from Magnolia Silos, less than 10 minutes to Baylor, and in the same neighborhood as the castle in Castle Heights. This newly-renovated home built in 1911 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself! Our house sleeps 6 and has 2 full bathrooms. If you are looking for a nice, centrally-located place to stay, we would love to host you!

Our home sleeps 6 and has 2 full bathrooms:
Master bedroom: king bed
Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds
Bedroom 3: trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses

Master bathroom: 2 sinks, stand-alone shower, and toilet
Guest bathroom: 1 sink, shower/tub combination, and toilet

We hope you'll immediately feel the calm, clean atmosphere as you enter this little white house with a whole lot of charm. Gather together to reminisce about fond memories and make new ones in the living room with its sofa and three chairs. You can cook in the kitchen outfitted with the amenities, order take out, or go out to eat since our house is close to many of the restaurants downtown!

We hope to help make this an enjoyable stay for you by providing amenities including:

Every aspect from check-in to stay was exceptional. Accommodations were very nice. Well equipped home for all your needs!

This was a great stay. The house has been lovingly appointed with great furnishings and necessities. The kitchen and HUGE refrigerator were great. If you had two families or one big one, this house would suit all your needs. We were in Waco during the storms so one day we spent inside all cozied up on the couch watching movies which was a great respite for us. The place is also very close to downtown Waco, there is a coffee shop couple blocks away, a cool bar within walking distance and plenty of shops just a mile or two down the street from the house. Great stay in a quiet and lovely neighborhood.

My two besties from high school and I had the time of our lives. We have been friends for 40 years and spent the weekend in this lovely home and sightseeing. The property was beautiful it was close to the Silos and the Magnolia Market . A quick 5 minute drive. It was so comfortable and relaxing. The home was so beautiful. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the front porch and the evenings relaxing in the living room catching up. We had the best time.

The home was absolutely beautiful, yet so homey and inviting. The beds are so comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need, plus very high end appliances and lots of coffee! The family room seats so many people. We loved that,The rooms are very spacious! We sat on the front porch in the morning. The home is in a nice part of Waco. Thank you for a great weekend. We picked the house based on proximity to Cameron Park and the house provided exactly what we needed. A good common area for our group to start and finish the day at and easy commutes to Cameron, Brazos East and Lake Waco Golf Club, not to mention an even shorter drive to Magnolia. Will try to get it again if we come back next year for the Waco tourney.

My two sisters and I enjoyed coming to Waco to check out the Magnolia Market and had a wonderful time at your charming house. Wouldn’t change a thing about the inside. However, we were slightly alarmed at how unkept the yard and landscape was when we first saw where we were staying. Our fears quickly changed when we were inside. The first impression could be worked on. Lovely, lovely accommodations though. Thank you.

This was my second time staying in this charming property. First time was with my then high school-aged son and a few friends and this time with my aging parents who needed us to be in a one-story property. The property is updated and super clean with special touches for guests throughout. The location close to downtown Waco and to Baylor. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This house was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, couch was very comfortable, safe neighborhood. You will have to drive to the Magnolia Silos, but nice neighborhood for evening walks, and sitting on the porch. Loved having the laundry detergent to do laundry (not just a one load pod) plenty of coffee and creamer and we loved the popcorn to pop upon arrival! The only thing I would recommend is the master bedroom needs a blind over the window behind the bed. The outside street light is very bright at night and the window covering was very sheer.

This beautiful home is even more gorgeous than the pictures indicate. It is so clean and fresh! The kitchen has beautiful high end appliances and is fully stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh and soft. The location is central to everything! The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

This was a well maintained, clean property. We enjoyed our stay there. However, we were not familiar with Waco and did not realize we could not walk to the Silos even though they were very close. It was a trip to remember for us!
