Enjoy captivating gulf views in this beautifully appointed 6-bedroom, 6-bath home, situated directly across from the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in the highly coveted Destin neighborhood of Crystal Shores, this home offers luxurious accommodations and a relaxing retreat for your family.
**Important Information - Please Read**
- Minimum Age to Book: 25 years old
- Parking: 3 standard size vehicles
- Max Occupancy: 16 guests
- Mail & Package Delivery: Mail forwarding is in place. Do not ship packages to the home. We cannot guarantee delivery.
- Starter Pack: Includes soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc intended to get you through the first night or two. Guests are responsible for purchasing extra supplies.
- Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig + traditional drip coffee maker
- Private Pool: Chlorine pool with plenty of lounge chairs; heated October - April. Heated to a max of 85 degrees. Weather conditions may impact heating.
- Grill: Natural Gas grill available
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM, check-out at 9:00 AM
- Incidentals Hold: $1,000.00 - The hold is released on day of checkout
- Rental Agreement: Must be signed prior to arrival or booking may be canceled without refund

- Guest Bedroom: Queen-sized bed with access to a full bathroom.
Second Floor:
- Master Suites: Two elegant king-sized bedrooms with private bathrooms and access to balconies with gulf views.
- Guest Rooms: One queen room with private bathroom and one kid's room with four twin beds and private bathroom.
Third Floor:
- Master Suite: Entire third floor dedicated to the main master bedroom with a king-sized bed, luxurious bathroom, and private balcony with the best views in the home.
Back Yard:
- Outdoor Space: Well-manicured walking and green space, small porch with gas grill, open pool deck with lounge chairs, and private swimming pool.

Crystal Shores offers a prime location with easy access to world-class restaurants, local entertainment, boutique and outlet shopping, and premium golf courses. Nearby attractions include Destin Commons and Whole Foods.

We loved the house and the pool was great for the kids. The living room comfortably fit our group and each bedroom was spacious. We had plenty of room in the kitchen to cook and serve meals without feeling crowded. The house sits just across the street from the beach access and it was a very easy walk. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats available to use, which was also convenient. Parking was tricky as you are not allowed to use the whole driveway to park. With a large group in different vehicles, we struggled to shuffle cars and make them all fit in the confined area. Overall, we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay in the Crystal Beach area.
