There was good communication from the host before arrival for the check in. The room was lovely, large, modern and very comfortable. The parking was easy and a lot of space. Great food in the restaurant.

The staff engagement was poor in both the restaurant and at breakfast they made us sit in a dark corner when we could have sat with a beautiful view.

Great location high up looking over the town and the lake in the distance. The views were incredible. The rooms was modern, comfortable, well equipped and huge windows to savour the view, had we been inclined the views from the bathtub in the room were great! The restaurant had those same great views, a varied but not extensive menu ensuring it was well curated and local. Service was friendly, professional and efficient. The food delicious and well presented. Breakfast was served beautifully and the hostess was delightful, despite non of us understanding each others language we communicated well! This is our second visit, and hopefully will not be our last .

There was nothing not to like, it has been very thoughtfully designed and appointed.

Good breakfast, decent room

I booked this place because they have an electric car charging station listed under the property facilities. However, such charger doesn't exist - there's only a public charger about 1 km away under a steep hill. It's a slow AC charger so you will most likely need to leave your car there overnight (just don't let the car sit at the charger after it has finished charging or they will charge you about 5 euros per hour). What makes it even more inconvenient is that the check-out time is at 10 o'clock - you need to wake up early if you want to pack your things, eat breakfast and go to get your car from the charger before that. Very much every other property in the town is closer to the public chargers, so this is definitely not the place to book if you need to charge your car. The restaurant is also closed on Tuesdays so no food was available on the evening.
