W obiekcie jest pralka i zmywarka, co jet bardzo fajnym udogodnieniem. Apartament był czysty i dobrze wyposażony (była nawet sól i papier do pieczenia). Dużą zaletą jest metraż obiektu, idealne miejsce na wyjazd ze znajomymi (dwie sypialnie plus bardzo duży salon z ogromną kanapą). Okolica jest spokojna i bardzo ładna.
W nocy jest trochę głośno z uwagi na bliskość głównej drogi, więc jeśli komuś przeszkadzają takie szumy to może to nie być miejsce dla niego. Kuchnia jest dobrze wyposażona ale niestety akcesoria kuchenne są głównie plastikowe, a patelnie mają zdarty teflon.

Velmi dobrá dostupnost k blízkým jezerům. V okolí se nachází mnoho zajímavostí a možností výletů.
Do ubytování doléhal hluk z blízké hlavní silnice, ale nejednalo se o nic zásadního.
