The staff in the office were very friendly & helpful, quick to respond to emails. The property was a good size the outside space was fantastic. The location was wonderful out of it enough to be peaceful but restaurants & bars in walking distance. Getting a car was great to get around to the more commercial places and parking at the resort was good value.
The lady at the pool bar was rude to the children and not very accommodating. Some of the furniture in the house could do with being updated including two mattresses and pillows. Although don't let these things put you off we are already in contact with the lovely ladies about returning next year.

The 2 ladies in reception were extremely helpful, letting is store our luggage until we could get into the property and helping us to get our luggage to the property. They were very friendly

Great location - pool excellent, good space in the Villa. would come again!
Issues with one en-suite toilet and shower but all fine aside from that.

Villa was a good size
Villa was tired, needs some upgrading, showers kept flooding with exception of master bedroom. Ants a real problem even in the beds.
No cleaners during our 11 night stay left us washing bedding etc ourselves. Not great value for money sadly.
