到着時にちょうど野底エリアが停電のトラブルがありましたが、ロウソクやライトなど早急に対応いただき、旅の楽しみが止まる事なく過ごせました。幸い復旧も早かったので、冷蔵品や電気なども何も問題ありませんでした。 プールも最高だし、設備も充実。洗濯乾燥機嬉しかったです。そして広々して清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ゲーム類も何気にたくさんあって子供達とカードゲームなど楽しみました。
電気が明る過ぎなくらいでした。個人的に目が弱くまぶしかったです。リラックスするには暖色系ライトを欲してました。 ちょうど停電のお陰でキャンドルを借りてたので、それがとても良かったです。

電話対応してくださった女性スタッフさんがとにかく丁寧でした。一連の流れを丁寧に説明していただき、分からないことに関しても快く順を追って教えていただきました。室内も本当に綺麗です。個人的にはテレビが各部屋にあること・全てNetflixなどのサブスクに繋げれたことが嬉しかったです(*^o^*)
強いて言うならスーパーやコンビニが遠いことですが、予約前から分かっていたことなので、食料品などを買い込めば特に困ったことはなかったです。

Uima-allas oli mukava vaikkakin pieni. Asunnossa oli kaikki tarvittava ja muuta extraa. Kauppaa ei ole lähellä, mutta liikuimme autolla ja se ei ollut ongelma. Ilmastointi toimi ja suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä. Asuinalue on hyvin rauhallinen. Ei moitittavaa!
