The view and it had a lot of nice outdoor space. Licia was very helpful and responsive with any questions you have.
The one coffee maker did not work. It was a
very steep hike (about 1 mile of continuous steep stairs (not kidding)) from the apartment to the city center. However unless you stay in town most places are like this. We kind of expected it, but the view was worth it.

This apartment was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. It was quiet at night and Licia was a fantastic host helping answer all questions we had in a very timely manner.
The only downside was the number of steps between the apartment and town. It was well explained in prior reviews so we cannot complain. There is a bus you can take back and forth so that is a good option.

Everything about Casa Licia was superb. Licia and Ottavio were always there to help. The views were stunning. I really think we will go back again.
