Sa Localisation et son aménagement

Trop bruyant le soir de par sa proximité avec un restaurant, et surtout le manque de climatisation appropriée pour la période estivale. Malgré la présence de ventilateurs, il ne fonctionne pas très bien et l’appartement devient un four lors des journées chaudes.
