The equipped kitchen and balcony were great to have breakfast in the sun, and let our clothes dry after a day at the beach.
You can park directly inside the property in a private parking spot. We had a Fiat 500 so no issue with fitting it through the gate, but with bigger cars it might be a tight squeeze. Worst case scenario, there are big free parking lots close by (5-10 minute walk).
The lady from the real estate agency managing this property was amazingly helpful and friendly!
The bed could be better. Because of the spring mattress, every time someone moves in the bed the other person is shaken by it. The pillow was not necessarily comfortable either.
It would be good if 1 pod for the washing machine was included with every stay so that guests can wash their clothes without having to buy a full box/bottle of washing liquid.

We wanted a comfortable, simple self-catering apartment with a parking place - this ticked all those boxes and then some.
Good contact from the agents before and during the stay.
Happy to recommend.
Whoever designed/built the kitchen must have been under 5'9" (1.75m) - far too easy to bang head on concrete low fittings!

The property was clean, simple and perfectly situated, we hired a moped and found Fornells was a very good middle location to reach everywhere on the island. Lydia who dealt with our booking was incredibly friendly and extremely helpful giving us lots of recommendations for places to visit.
I don’t have a bad word to say. if you are looking for something simple as a base to go out and explore from for a reasonable price then this apartment is perfect

A very well appointed and comfortable flat, with a spacious terrace ( and a little sea view!) and lots of living space. It was easy to keep cool and - although it gives onto a main road, it was mostly quiet. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location only a few minutes walking from the main village port, restaurants and shops very convenient
Unfortunately the neighbours' dogs were barking early in the morning, but I don't think our host could do much about it.
