Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, anche molto di più. Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il proprietario Sandro e anche i genitori. Parcheggio nel cortile interno. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia libera. Bellissimo mare anche se ci sono un pochino di sassi. A pochi km ci sono Avola, Noto e la bellissima Ortigia

È un piccolo paese con pochi negozi: un bar/ panificio, una bottega e una pizzeria vicino. A pochi km, ad Avola ci sono svariati supermercati

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist top, und für den Strand sind zusätzliche Stühle, Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

We pre arranged to meet the owner at the property to collect keys and gain entry to the parking spot. The property is a separate apartment within the owners property, but you have your own outside space and a separate entrance if on foot. The property is set within a gated community and then your parking space is within the owners parking gate, so all very secure. There is 1 apartment on the property and it was very cosy, clean and a traditional style. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed cooking a couple of the evenings we were there. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so we slept well. The sandy beach was lovely and only 1 minute walk away so we were able to take a couple of folding deckchairs with us, which was perfect. This part of the beach is a public beach so most people were using beach towels to lie on, further along there is a lido where you pay for a sun bed. There is a beach cafe at the public end of the beach but we didn't eat there. It was a good location for visiting some of the baroque towns, Noto etc.

As we visited in May it was mid season, great that the beach wasn't too crowded, but the whole resort was very quiet with only 1 restaurant open midweek.

-Pfannwender in der Küche fehlt, Geschirr zum Teil verschmutzt -Warmwasser zum Duschen könnte mehr sein
