Located on the first floor, it consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower.
The property also features a 46-inch TV, free Wi-Fi, bed linens, dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Parking is easily available right outside the house and is free. A cozy accommodation, ideal for families with children. Pets are welcome. The villa is just a short walk from restaurants, pizzerias, bars, small shops, a pharmacy, and other stores to meet all your needs.
The villa also features indoor and outdoor showers, a barbecue, and the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors in complete privacy. About 50 meters from the house is a train station connecting Syracuse with Avola, Modica, Noto, and Ragusa. There are also bus stops nearby.
