It's not the owner of the unit but the very complicated check in process and Azure facility and staff itself, the entire process is disappointing.
The unit owner and the assistant are helpful but AZURE makes it frustrating. They should ease up the check in process. We finished our entire check in past 3 almost 4pm then rested a bit in the room before going to down to check their man-made beach which by the way you need to pay for 250 per pax and closes at 7pm. So we went down, regardless if you swim or not, you need to pay to sit in their lounge - even if you don't swim. So only 4 of us swam the rest just chillin in their lounge which was very hot because there was no wind coming in, mainly because the 4 towers act as wind breakers kaya malagkit tumambay sa lounge nila. We went to enjoy the pool na nag wave lang ng 15 minutes ata, then umahon na kasi close na around 6:50pm. The following day, another bayad ulit to access the pool again so hindi na kami umulit. We just waited sa room na hindi naman kagandahan din.
We just hoped ayusin nila ang check in, very strict rules parang they are telling their guests, BAWAL MAG ENJOY DITO.
Hindi na uulit EVER. There is a reason why ang daming reklaml nito sa social media kasi totoo pala talaga.

Ok naman ang room ,malinis at maayos, ang di lang namin nagustuhan is yung hiwahiwalay yung pagproseso ng nga parkings, pool, pati pagpasok sa unit hasssle sa oras, and pati sa time ng pool hindi worth yung money masyado mabilis yung oras bitin tuloy anak ko pero kung sa room lang tlga ok sya as in check in lang wag na magswim
