Experience living on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico in this elegant condo sporting hardwood and tile flooring throughout. The open layout makes this space perfect, so bring along the family and have a blast in the Florida sun! Enjoy the shared pool area, the fitness facility, beach access, and a basketball court! With so many great ways to spend a day here, everyone will be able to find their own sense of vocation. Once the sun starts to dip below the horizon, regroup at home base and whip up a delicious meal in the full kitchen before heading out to the balcony to watch the last light of day disappear. It doesn't get much better than this.
This condo is perched in a perfect location to experience all that Panama City has to offer. Closest to the resort is Saint Andrews State Park sporting amazing trails to walk along and a beautiful view of the Gulf from the jetty. Within fifteen miles, there are several popular attractions including the Aerial Adventure Park, Walkin’ On Water paddleboards, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and Grand IMAX Theater. Pier Park always has something going on as well, so shop around at familiar stores or simply explore the area to find your own favorite spots.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

What a lovely condo! Very clean and well stocked. The view from the balcony was so pretty. Easy to access property and beach are but also secure. Parking was tight but manageable.

Clean condo. King size matter was terrible and needs replace. I was not notified of a repair needed for the dryer for someone pounded on our door and for all I knew they could have been a robber. The dryer was never fixed trying 3 days in a row so we didn't get to clean our clothes.
