Our stay here was wonderful! The room location is so convenient for families with direct patio access to the pool. We are able to sit and watch our children swim right from the comfort of our own condo. This feature is exactly why we rented this particular property. We absolutely love this condo. During our stay the shower door mentioned in previous reviews was fixed. The leasing company was very communicative during the whole process letting us know when the workmen would be there. I also stopped by the on-site office during my stay to inquire about another property on location and they were so helpful. The condo was clean and in well-working condition. It takes a little bit for the fridge to really cool your groceries, so keep that in mind, but it works well if you are not putting a bunch of warm drinks in all at once. Overall our family would 100% stay here again in this same room.

Wonderful time. Room with very nice and comfortable. Only had one issue with bathroom shower door to where we were unable to use it. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

This is our second time staying at the unit. We love the convenience of this unit that it is on the ground floor. That’s why we booked this unit again. Love the convenience of the unit being on the ground floor, but disappointed that they don’t keep up with this unit. It needs some maintenance.
You don’t need to be in line to use elevator to go up to your room. Parking is convenient. We can just park on the ground floor and walk to our room. Slide the door in the living room and there is a patio, pool and the beach. Nice for small children to come back to the room if need to go to the restroom, eat or rest.
Love that Schooner’s is right next to the condo. So we can just walk over and have lunch and dinner there. Jet ski and water activities are right at the condo also. So convenient that you don’t have to leave the condo and just relax.
Beach chairs and umbrella service is included with this unit. Just walk down there at 8 am. to tell them your room number to reserve yours.
This unit needs some maintenance which I already told Vacasa. The shower door in guest bathroom need to be fixed or replaced. It’s a bummer that 4 of us have to share one shower in master bathroom on our entire stay. The mattress and bed frame in the bedroom to be replaced. It squeaks so much that we can hear it in every move and didn’t get good night sleep on vacation. The floor is not clean when we checked in. Sand and dirt every where. Hope that get fixed for the further guest and that would make this unit 5 stars.
