You will be spoiled at this spacious condo in Panama City that boasts floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the entirety of the living area and primary bedroom! The crystal clear water and warm breeze will have you slipping into relaxation mode when you are out on the large furnished balcony with a drink of your choice. The full kitchen sports modern appliances and ample counter space to make a family-favorite recipe with ease! Head on down to the shared pool or make your way to the beach just steps away for a day in the sun. If you don't want to leave the pool area at dinner time, take advantage of the shared grill area to throw on a few burgers! As the night comes to a close, cozy up on the plush sofa and watch a movie on the TV until everyone is dozing off to the sound of the tide.
It will be hard to convince yourself to leave this sanctuary but venture out a little and you will be able to experience all that Panama City has to offer. If you are looking for a bit of nature and serenity, head down to Camp Helen State park where you will find hiking trails and stunning views of both the Gulf and Lake Powell. For more of a city experience, head the opposite direction and make a day out of Pier Park, a shoppers dream with local cuisine. Be sure to check what is going on at Aaron Bessant Amphitheater, as it hosts musical artists and festivals year-round!

The view is beautiful, however the plastic film on the windows was peeling off which took away from the view. The king bed was the most comfortable we've had in a rental property. However we were quite surprised when we were in the back bedroom and someone came into the condo to change the air filter. The furniture on the balcony was not great. We didn't feel safe sitting in one of the chairs that looked about to collapse. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness after reading other reviews. We loved the 18 cents bean soup (appetizer) at the new restaurant across the street - McGuire's.

Prime view! The condo was clean and comfortable with an awesome layout. The pool, hot tub and beach were great as well. Would stay again.

It was moderately clean when we got there. The surfaces were wiped down, but the handles from the fridge were dirty. Everyone's feet turned black after walking on the floor so we had to mop them with water. It helped but if you didn't wear socks in the room, your feet were dirty when you got in bed. The master bathroom shower handle was broken off and they had to come fix it during our stay. They left a handle for it so we could use it but it kept falling off. The tint on the large windows was torn in several places, giving the living room a run down feeling. The first night we realized there was a water leak in the front bedroom closet and it got some of our bags wet. We washes the bedsheets upon arrival and one of the mattress covers had a stain on it that looked like urine. The rest of the building was clean and nice. The balcony offered fantastic views. The beach wasn't very crowded, and it was very quiet at night. Overall, it was a pretty average place. I would probably stay there again, but I would come a day early to make sure everything was clean.
