Fast elevators, easy and close beach access, not crowded

Beautiful view and a perfect location that was close to everything! The staff were always helpful and friendly, which made our stay even better. We stay at the Palazzo every year, and it continues to be our favorite place in Panama City. Room 804 was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Overall, a great experience!

There were a few things that could use updating, and the cleanliness wasn’t quite what I had hoped for. I usually do a bit of cleaning myself when we stay, so no big deal. The bathroom fan wasn’t working, and the bedroom lighting was very dim, even with the dimmer all the way up, it was hard to see without turning on the lamps. The sheets and pillows also had some stains. But those were minor because we did really enjoy our stay.

During our 8-day stay with 6 individuals, we noticed that the hygiene supplies, cleaning materials, and bed covers provided were somewhat limited. While we appreciated the efforts made, the cleaning did not fully meet our expectations. We would also recommend having additional trash bags available, especially for longer stays, to enhance the overall experience. Thank you for considering this feedback. The stored were nearby that made it easy to grab supplies but would have appreciate less spending with the cost of booking.

It was a great location and really close to pier park where my kids love to go. Easy access to the beach. Loved that there was only one row of beach chairs not 4 where you feel crowded!

The parking garage is way too small. Not easy to maneuver around in a big SUV.
