This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This condo is in a great location, looking right out into the Gulf, with easy access to the beach. There are also a couple of decent local beach bars within walking distance. The condo itself is clean, the couch and the beds could use upgrading, but overall it's a nice place to stay considering the location.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We liked the access to the beach and the view of the water only couple of things we could say that we didn’t enjoy, was the bed in the bedroom. The headboard was very loose and felt like it was going to fall apart at any minute. The bunk bed mattresses are very worn and sunken. Also, when we arrived, there was quite a bit of sand still on the floors my husband and I had to sweep the floors when we got there because we have a little one and didn’t want him crawling all over dirty floors. Also if you plan to cook a lot, they have very little cooking tools. But from that, everything else was pretty nice.

The views were spectacular. Some of the things in the comments previously are still unresolved but overall the stay was Great!
