Watercrest is an elegant eighteen-story high-rise with only ten condos per floor. The Watercrest building was completely renovated in 2016 with a new roof, new windows, new exterior and deck painting, pool renovation and much more. It's well maintained and is like a new building! The building has four elevators so, you won't have to wait long for an elevator. Park in your very own reserved private covered parking space adjacent to the building. Parking for additional vehicles is also available. Watercrest has a large oceanfront pool, a large hot tub and a kiddie pool. Our Tiki Bar is pool side and offers quick snacks, drinks and beach goods. The beach service has beach chairs and all the beach toys you might want for rent by the day or week. The fitness center is available for all guests to enjoy. Tennis, shuffleboard and indoor racquet ball courts are also available on property. If you are having a big family get together or need meeting space, there is a large community room that is available for rental, too. Onsite security with cameras strategically placed around the property keeps an eye out to help keep everyone safe and secure. WaterCrest is conveniently located on the 'quiet' end of the beach near St. Andrews State Park, there's almost never a traffic jam here. The laundry closet is adjacent to the third bathroom and has a large stack washer and dryer. Really nice for keeping up with all the wet bathing suits and beach towels! An iron and ironing board are also available for you to use.
Parking permits are purchased through the resort either in advance or upon arrival. You must have your tag info to register. o register in advance please follow the instructions in your check in instructions and use provided passcode to register. There is a limit of 2 permits per rental. No Trailer or Motor Home parking is available on property. Property bands will be on a ring on the backside of the entry door upon arrival. Please return the armbands upon departure. Lost/Stolen armbands result in a $25 charge.

Beautiful condo. Beautiful view. I just didn't realize I would have to pay for parking. I thought the spaces were included in the price. Otherwise, great place!

The room was great and clean with plenty of space for everyone to have their own areas. Beds were comfortable. The property has recently changed the parking policy and every vehicle MUST pay 57 to park. Even if the condo comes with the residents parking, still must pay and the condo security is a bit ruthless. The payment process is extremely confusing and when you ask for clarity, everyone seems to have a different answer. After talking to other guests, this is a new policy and has been a headache for many!!!

This place is Beautiful! Checkin and checkout were seamless. The top floor has a beautiful view, steps from the beach and restaurants. There is also extra parking just across from the house. 10/10 stars!

Renting this unit was very easy through VRBO and communication was excellent. Property was as it was described however I recommend owner have a plumber come and clean out drains as they all were very slow to drain. Mattresses in both master suites were very uncomfortable and owners should look at replacing. Overall our experience was great!
