This bright and open two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo lets in plenty of sunshine and has a large balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. More features of the rental include a fully-equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a private bathroom for each bedroom, including the bunk area. Additional sleeping can be found in the living area on a queen-size sofa bed, accommodating up to eight guests comfortably. Take advantage of one of the shared swimming pools available and cool off there if you don't feel like going to the beach. Let your muscles rest in the shared hot tub or sauna, which are available if you decide to book this marvelous getaway. Challenge your friends to a game of hoops at the community basketball court or hit the gym and lift some weights.

Head six miles to the east to spend the day in the heart of Panama City Beach at attractions such as Ripleyā€™s Believe It Or Not! or Wonderworks. Shipwreck Island Water Park is four miles down the road and Gulf World is only one and a half miles from the property. Thereā€™s plenty of restaurants in close proximity such as Diego's Burrito Factory, The Back Porch Seafood & Oyster House, and Hook'd Pier Bar & Grill are all within a mile from the property.

THINGS TO KNOW
Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
