Parking Notes: There are 2 parking spots available for use. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.
This villa rents Saturday to Saturday only during the summer months.
Three-night minimum in the off-season, subject to a cleaning fee.

We’ve been coming to pelican watch villas for a decade now. We loved the upper level villas. The unit was nice. The notes around the unit ranged from helpful to patronizing. The awning was very nice to sit out on the deck. For the high price mark, the amenity card should be included. The water was shut off due to a tenant below us, but property management sent someone out fairly quickly and fixed it for us. Overall a beautiful vacation!

We fell in love with this villa in 2006 and have returned to it almost every year since. So, we may be biased comparing its past condition with the current condition.
One of our favorite things to do is sit on the deck and just relax and take in the amazing view. The view is still amazing but the new deck furniture wasn't comfortable for us.
At night we like to read, but all but one lamp has been removed from the living room and the only room with adequate light for reading is the kitchen. We try not to pay much attention to the TV but the bottom of the screen has been darker than the top for years and should be fixed or replaced.
We looked forward to the "Take one - Leave one" bookcase the previous owner furnished. That's gone, and the books were tucked away in drawers and cubby holes all over the villa. The removal of a chair in the bedroom caused us to bring a kitchen chair into the room so we didn't have to pile all the decorative pillows and covers from the bed on the floor.
An improvement from the last few years is that the owner now furnishes beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels.
As far as maintenance; we reported the fan in the main bathroom making a grinding noise, the towel rack in the second bathroom being broken, and the dishwasher being broken. Also, the only coffee maker was a Keurig. Vacasa was very responsive and brought a brand new Mr. Coffee and staff was sent for the other broken items, but when we left the fan was still grinding and we're not sure if the dishwasher worked or not (we hand washed during the week).
Change is hard and everybody's had enough of it in the last two years, so we might be a little grouchy. But, we found another villa that meets our requirements for less money.
