Step outside feel the cool breeze on the wrap-around balcony, head downstairs to enjoy free seasonal beach service, and come home each evening to prepare your favorite meals on stainless steel appliances. On the grounds of Tidewater Beach Resort, you'll also have access to indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.
This beachfront resort sits just across the street from Oishi Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and less than a mile down the road from Pier Park's plentiful options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Heading west, you'll find Sandbar Seafood & BBQ Joint, Temperleyā€™s British Eatery, and Smoke'n'Butts. Heading east, you can stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), take in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to serene St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this condo!!! We’d heard horror stories about the elevators but they were fine after check-in day on Saturday - never a long wait after that. We had an issue in our condo and Vacasa responded immediately. Five star stay for sure!!!

The condo itself is great. So much space and great views. There are a few negatives. The master tub hot water does not get very hot. There are no oven mits & the pots & pans are very cheap & about to fall apart. The handles are very wobbly. It makes it challenging to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. The beach chairs included is a great touch. Thank you!The resort on the other hand…the elevators are unbearable. The math does not math when the developers built this resort. So bad. Waiting 30 min for an elevator is a real buzz kill. The lobby & pool area are a bit outdated.

My husband and I have traveled from Wisconsin to celebrate several of our anniversaries on the Emerald Coast. We decided for our 40th we wanted to bring the whole family to Panama City Beach and enjoy some beach time; soaking up some sun, and watching our grandchildren build sandcastles. Staying in the Cook family's beautiful condo only added to our incredible week. This unit is clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The view is spectacular. The kitchen was fully stocked (except for potholders...we just used dish towels), and having a washer/dryer with 4 grandchildren, especially a 4 month old, and lots of beach towels, was such a convenience. Having a bathroom attached to each bedroom, was great for each families privacy, and made getting ready to go to dinner or on an outing so much more timely. (I do have to say, we thought we would go out to dinner more, but the condo was so beautiful and spacious that we opted to stay in and just enjoy time with the family and the view.) The proximity to Pier Park made it easy to take in dinner and some shopping on the nights we did venture out. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your beautiful second home with us.

The Cook family has a well kept home that is perfect for a grown family...Except! We read the reviews and were aware of peak elevator times and thought okay, we knew this up front. We arrived on Saturday during check in time and it was as expected, busy. Then Sunday, Monday and the rest of the week, the elevator issue did not change! They skipped floors and did not reconize that the elevator call button had been pressed. You could press them and they would go out! Our son climbed 21 flights of stairs four times during our seven days. Twice with our four month old grandson. On Monday, he said there were tons of people in the stairwells! We saw a couple carrying a luggage cart to their floor in that stairwell. We did however, ride the elevator several times, but never until we called security and asked them to send the elevator to our floor. Then the parking deck elevators...There are two! One of which is broken. It was broken when we got there and still broken when we left. Check in is required at the second level. So you have to get there somehow...Good luck! We parked on the ground floor all week and crossed traffic. We decided on Friday morning to leave that afternoon and avoid the elevators at check out Saturday. I would be remiss not to point out the excellent folks in the restaurant and the beach! They were very pleasant and helpful...That made it a great stay. There are seven elevators, never more than five were working at once. I would inquire before booking again.
