During the construction period, you can expect construction activities will generate significant noise levels throughout the property with limited to no access to units based on work in progress.

This condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen, private bathrooms in each bedroom, washer/dryer, and peeks of the Gulf of Mexico from the large balcony. An additional bunk space is ideal for kids. Work up a sweat at the on-site pickleball courts before a sun-filled day.
Restaurants include Seagrove Village Market, Surfing Deer, Cowgirl Kitchen, Pickle’s Burger and Shake and Bud & Alley’s. Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, Eastern Lake or Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park, which is part of the Great Florida Birding Trail. Ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had an amazing stay at The Dunes of Seagrove! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the stunning white sandy beaches. The condo itself was super spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Whether you're planning a beach getaway or a longer stay, this spot is ideal. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family has stayed at Dunes of SeaGrove three different times and we love the location of the property, the easy beach, access, and the beautiful pool. The amenities of free bikes and beach service are a big perk! We will definitely return to the property next year.
We were a little bit disappointed this time with our unit. It is in need of some updating offurniture and decor and desperately needs a good deep cleaning of the floors and baseboard. Also, the bathrooms have not been updated and look pretty old. Neither of the sliding glass doors lock, which was a safety concern for us since we had three children with us.
Overall, the unit is OK, but definitely not one of the more updated units on the property.
