Beautiful space perfect for visiting Pitlochry!

Beautiful modern self contained apartment/bedsit. Perfect for a few nights in Pitlochry! The bed was super comfy and it was lovely to see the stars through the velux windows! We even saw deer wonder across the garden to the burn! Lovely clean bathroom with powerful shower and Highland Soap Company shower gel. Really good location, very easy to find and to amble into town. Catriona was also nice enough to let us use her EV charger for a small additional fee - she really couldn't do enough to help us during our stay.

Loved everything! Would have been useful to have a small casserole dish for things like pasta bake. The pans for the hob do all go in the microwave oven though so not the end of the world.

My second stay won‘t be my last

This was already my second stay and hopefully not my last! If you don't mind stairs, the Loft is a truly wonderful and cozy place to stay. Ideal for spending several days. Catroina is an excellent host: she is friendly and offers great tips without being intrusive. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe.

First Class

The situation of the location all be the slight gradual incline as you walk from Pitlochry main Street of which is highlighted but the tranquility far outweighs that as you listen to the water flow from the flowing burn at back of the property, also listening to the rain bonce of the skylight windows. Everything has been said, that can be said on looking at the Reviews! Ideally situated off the beaten track that allows the rest that i personally was looking at. Property itself was ample for everything you required within. I understand why it's much sought after and unlikely i'll get the opportunity to return because of it's popularity. Big applause obviously to Catriona on running a Braw property 👏 Ps. Weather was mainly 🌞 that contributed to an enjoyable stay also Elaine was very nice in my brief blether i had with herself. 👍

Brilliant location. Nice and quiet, out of town centre but only 10/15 minute walk to the high street. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops. Co-op 5 minute walk (on the way down to the high street) Apartment was lovely. Very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Just need to be aware that the bathroom is downstairs and the walk back from the high street is up hill

Studio flat very well situated and pleasant garden.

location was lovely, enjoyed the birds and being able to sit out in the garden.

The microwave which was also the oven was not working, so we only had a hotplate to cook on. This meant we ate out more than we had planned.

Great accommodation with a wonderful host in a great location.

The Loft is beautifully decorated and very well equipped for a short break in the area. The host was very warm, friendly and helpful giving advice on local attractions to see and places to eat and drink. The Loft is situated a short walk from Pitlochcry town giving great access to some attractions, bars and restaurants on foot.

There's nothing not to like about this place. We enjoyed our visit so much that we decided to return later in the summer, the only disappointment was that the Loft is booked on the dates we can come back.

Ideal place to stay to enjoy performances at the Festival Theatre.

The property was clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was new, and nicely designed. The bathroom was particularly attractive. The location was great because it was possible to walk to the High Street and back, and to the Festival Theatre and back, which meant we did not ever have to worry about parking and could have a drink on our evening out. We were delighted to see a pheasant and a deer in the garden when we awoke on our first morning. We appreciated the thoughtfulness of our host in boosting the heating for us as the weather had turned cold. The bed was comfortable and spacious.

We would recommend this flat for holidaymakers a little more sprightly than we were - we are in our 70s. Visits to the bathroom downstairs in the middle of the night were a bit awkward.

Lovely loft space.

Our stay in the loft was excellent. Catriona could not do enough to help. The loft was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, cosy, and everything we needed. Even an electric blanket on the bed. The location is only 5 minutes away from the main street and all the amenities. Somewhere to revisit.

Great place to stay in Pitlochry

The loft was spacious, bright, and well-appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with items in very good condition. The skylights made the room bright even on a dull day. Loft was a short walk from the grocery store and shops at the center of town, yet was quiet. The provided housecoats were cozy on cold mornings.

Fabulous accommodation in a perfect place!

Perfect place in a lovely setting with close proximity to the town. Lovely touches like electric blankets during the cold weather and good quality shower gel, shampoo etc.

A little cold first thing in the morning especially if you’re up early!! No control over the heating so maybe a small heater would be beneficial during the colder months.

Really lovely compact accommodation. Ideal for exploring Pitlochry and the surrounding area. The propery was spotless, really clean and well thought out as a rental accommodation. Communications with the owner were without issue and every message was answered promptly. I would definitely recommend this property as an ideal accommodation for any couple (friends, party of 2 etc) who are thinking of visiting Pitlochry... 10/10

Perfect stay. It's an ideal apartment for a short holiday in Pitlochry.

This little apartment was beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and incredibly cosy, tucked a mere 7 minutes away from the centre of Pitlochry. It had all the amenities needed and the bathroom is very swish! The local supermarket is only a 3 minute walk away and it is in a great location. It is perfect for one person or a couple looking for somewhere unique to stay. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

Everything was great! This isn't a complaint, more something to be mindful of. I came back quite late from a wedding and it is very dark on the path up to the apartment. Make sure you use the torch on your phone or you'll be stumbling around in the dark! I struggled to use the pole to close the skylight blind over the stairs but that is likely because of my incompetence!

Great flat with everything you need for a holiday, and a peaceful place to stay

A lovely studio flat, clean, comfortable, with the sound of the burn at the bottom of the garden to keep me company. The bed is VERY comfortable and the shower easy to use. Very peaceful, tranquil place to stay and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Pitlochry. The owner was also very helpful and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The cooker and hob I found very difficult to use, even for a simple meal; I think both are over complicated for a holiday let where you jsut want to have a straightforward dinner after a hard days' walking! No one wants to have to work through a user manual to heat a ready meal, so simplified guidance on using both would be really helpful.

The Loft is a high quality, spacious, well appointed and comfortable property. It is quiet, light and airy with every amenity you could want. Catriona, the owner, is charming, friendly and helpful… even lending me a micro usb cable. We wished we could have stayed longer and will certainly be back.
