Fajny mały domek na prywatnej posesji,dosyć blisko morza(jak na Stegne). Blisko sklep spożywczy, centrum miejscowości i stacja kolejki wąskotorowej.
Domek nie zawierał kilku udogodnień,np. mikrofali. Czasami hałas dochodzący z ulicy tuż obok posesji.
