This home is close to the Currituck Sound, Soundside community pool, the Indoor Sports Center and just across the street from community pickleball courts. There are lots of outside grassy areas for family games and fun! Take the trolley (seasonal) to the oceanfront and spend the day at the 3 community oceanfront pools or at the beach!
Ground Level: Outside you'll find the outdoor shower and charcoal grill. Entry level.
Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms both with deck access and TV/VCR and a Bedroom with 2 Singles plus TV/VCR that shares a full hall bathroom with a bedroom with a Queen Bed with loft Single bunk. Laundry with washer and dryer and outside you'll find a screened porch enclosing the hot tub.
Top Level: Features the great room with TV/VCR, Bose surround sound and deck access, dining area seating 7, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 with deck access, sun room with TV/DVD and deck access and a half bathroom. Partial sound views from top level decking.
