Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed down to the details of extra beach chairs and a baby float! It included starter paper towels, toilet paper, and other necessities. Very comfortable for a family of 5!

Overall everything was great! Awesome condo, and location and elevators were great for the first week of August.

The condo complex is very nice. However, for as much as we paid for the week an extra $50 per car to park is insane. Make sure you read all the rules bc the property employees hand out $100 citations. The kids started calling them the fun police after a while…couldn’t even toss a ball in the pool.
