About this house rental

Perfect location. Minute walk to town, baseball field, fish pier and beach. Bike path is right down the street. This house if filled with charm and warmth. House went through a major renovation in 2019. New appliances, new bath. Sparkling clean. Great floor plan with two bedrooms, a large family room and large dining space. Perfect for a young family or a couple and a wonderful spot to make Cape Cod memories.

Mary's property was just as pictured and described. She was super accommodating to some last second questions and scheduled adjustments. The house was clean, the space was perfect for our family of 4 as a home base for a fun week on the cape. Walkable to downtown, local restaurants and the pier. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again!

This was our third stay at this gem of a property…. beautifully appointed house, lovely outdoor space with patio and landscaped yard , perfect location and Mary is a delightful host ! All made for a wonderful family vacation week .
