There was water damage in the living room in two corners of the room. There was unfinished repair of water damage in the guest bathroom on the shower . There were several rusty vent covers in the guest bathroom. The master bed was very comfortable. There weren’t any hand towels in the vacation rental and it was missing bedding for the pull out couch, but we spoke with the property manager and she made sure that we had hand towels and bedding.

Staff at Destin West were awesome. Our condo was clean and very well stocked. Only issue is the living room furniture. Hide a bed was broken and we had to stack pillows and comforters in it to be able to sit on it so we didnt sink to the floor. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Good experience regarding the facilities but with a lack of support during a serious problem. We stayed for2 hours during the night trying to enter in the apartment without a support in the resort, and without a solution from the online support. We were able to enter in the apartment only jumping from our neighboor which helped us after seeing 6 people standing for 2 hours during the night in front of the apartmenr. We only received a new code in the morning without explanations about the cause of the problem. Wer slept for only 5 hours and we were forcedto leave at 10 AM without any considerations abourt he problem we were faced.
