This duplex has it all! 2 King beds, 2 bathrooms, a jetted soaking tub, smart tv's in living and both bedrooms, log accent ceilings, wood burning fireplace. Shared hot tub is just a few steps out the back door waiting for a star light soak. Convenient parking right at the front. Covered porch in front and a patio in back. Large picture windows from both the living and the master bedroom with stunning Longs Peak views. Convenient location with easy drive to RMNP and town. New washer and dryer in unit. Common wall with adjoining unit- no pass thru door. Double wall construction with sound insulation in both walls.

Friendly, helpful host; good location; excellent hot tub; comfortable beds; good showers.Light over stove was out; strong, smoky smell from fireplace in main area.Overall, a nice place to stay!

We had a great time during our stay! The cabin was perfect for our needs. We loved the 2 bathrooms, made it very convenient for the family. It was great that both beds were King size. I don't think the pictures do it justice. I was very impressed.When we arrived, we met the neighbors staying in the unit next door & they were very nice. Other than that, we didn't really notice the close proximity of neighbors. We felt there was sufficient room between other properties, but if you're looking to hike a lot around the property, this probably isn't the right place for you. It's also right off a busy road, which makes it a convenient location. However, when we arrived it was dark and hard to see the turn & we missed it multiple times. I would like to suggest to the owners, a light on the sign would be very helpful!This unit is in a nice area of Estes. Close to some good restaurants & not too far from Safeway. Theres a small Country market within a 5 minute drive if you only need a couple items. Also close to downtown for good shopping. We had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed the hot tub & fireplace. I would definitely stay here again!
