Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Really nice condo. Excellent view and clean rooms. Really happy with the room. The only thing was we unhappy with is the elevator was absolutely terrible I’ve never had waited that long to catch one. It was really badBut the room was awesome

Condo unit was a good quality , Very clean and comfortable. Nice home away from home.Staff was very polite and helpful. Enjoyed our stay. Also elevator seem to work better . Hope to stay again soon

Not much. The Tidewater Beach Resort is a great property with great amenities. However, 604 was not well kept. The appliance were old and didn't work properly. The apartment had no internet and I was unable to connect to my work. 604 needs a serious update. Unpainted wall repairs. The carpet smelled of mildew. I would stay at the property again but not in 604.
604's amenities didn't meet the standards of low level budget motel.

"Great hotel. Lots of things to do with kids. They have Starbucks and icecream available and anything you might have forgot at home. The only downside would be the elevators."
