About this house rental

A luxurious gated 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom two-story property is a perfect get away vacation for families or friends. With plenty of parking space, going in large groups is really convenient. Inside the house is a total of 8 TVs to entertain and enjoy everyone. With a breathtaking backyard that includes many fun things would be a perfect place to relaxed. For instance, the backyard includes a newly remodeled pool that has a newly built 20 feet or more water slide for everyone to have fun in. Not just that but the pool has a rocky cave like spa with multiple waterfalls throughout the pool. For kids safety there is a shallow area for them to play in. Safety jackets are placed near the pool so there is no worry about the kids playing near the depther of the pool. A patio set is place there for everyone to enjoy and have fun while on vacation. The location of the house is perfect for adventure or work at Disneyland, Convention Center, and Knot's Berry Farm. They'll all just minutes away. Having a vacation here would be fantastic with all the fun things in and out of the property.

Home was large with lots of space and comfortable. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels for the 3 bathrooms and pool/hot tub fun. Owner was quick to respond every time for turning on hot tub and pool slide. The game room was a fun addition! Kitchen has pretty much every thing you might need plus extra. Super close to Disney and plenty of restaurants, grocery and other stores and convenient for other activities, great location. Absolutely no issues at all, would definitely stay again!

Amazing place. Host is very responsive and always pleasant to deal with when asking questions. 8 of us had plenty of space and the AC kept everything nice and cool. We appreciated the coffee Kcups and things were well-stocked. We never ran out of hot water with all of us showering. Beds were comfy, we also appreciated ceiling fans in all the rooms. Very nice place! We would stay here again!!

This getaway was perfect for our multigenerational family of 14. The layout worked well. There was ample bed space, however our host was still graciously accommodating to add a cot to one of the rooms for the littlest child. The kitchen was nicely stocked . We were grateful for the spice cabinet and enough supplies for our large group. Having an additional refrigerator upstairs was very helpful when supplying food for for a week. The pool with slide and hot tub was a welcomed diversion from the warm summer days and enjoyed by all ages. There was ample seating throughout the house for meals and other activities requiring a table and chairs. Having a stroller onsite came in handy in a pinch. The game room kept people entertained. So many little extras and a host who was quick to respond to every question that we had. This was a wonderful place to gather the family and make lifetime memories.

The house was nice and really safe thanks to the gate. Everyone enjoyed the backyard, but the kids especially loved the water slide. The House was very clean and had basic essentials. We especially appreciated the cup coffees since we came in the middle of the night. Store are a mile away and Disney is less then 5 miles! The pool was a lot of fun! We highly recommend this house!!

Our own private resort/water park. 13 of us, but plenty of room. Sparkling clean. The owner responded almost immediately to our texts, requesting hot tub or water slide turned on. Air hockey, skeeball, and hoops in gameroom - wow! Priced reasonably - moderately. They did have a keurig coffeemaker with the single cup servings. But we had 5 big coffee drinkers, so needed to buy a coffee pot for the week. I had to find something to complain about, because the place was so perfect. Kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked. 2 refrigerators, and on and on. Thanks again to owner Richard!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The accommodations were perfect for our multi-generational family of 11. Quiet neighborhood. The kids had fun in the pool after long days at Disney. We used the stroller and Play & Pack which was nice so we didn't have to bring those. We took Uber back and forth to the Park - about $18/trip. Richard was very helpful and responsive.

This house was perfect for our three generations, including 11 people. The layout was excellent and provided excellent space for all of us to be together and for smaller groups to watch a movie or play games. The game room was fun too! Location was great, kids loved the water slide and pool, all enjoyed the hot tub but it was quite annoying to have to text the landlord to turn on the slide and hot tub every time we wanted to use them. It took about 30-45 minutes for the hot tub to warm up. The landlord was very responsive when requested so it was doable. Considering there were 6 bedrooms in the house the only bedroom with an ensuite was also the only way to access the garage turned into games room, the whole group trooping through the bedroom to go in and out of the games room, so no one wanted to stay in that bedroom. Disappointing but we made do by staying in the guest house which was quiet and had an ensuite. Extra towels would have been nice (only 1 dish towel in the kitchen, minimal towels for the pool) and extra blankets for the bedrooms as well. Supplied life jackets and water wings for the kids was appreciated. Two out of three bathtubs did not have working plugs so we had to share one bathtub to bathe the kids. The main floor bathroom had a marble floor, when wet this is an accident waiting to happen. Some in our group were disappointed there was no pool table as indicated in the listing. One last thing, there were insufficient hangers for the closets.

Check-in was very easy. Neighborhood close to Disneyland with lots of parking and you can see the fireworks from upstairs deck. The pool and hot tub with waterslide was amazing! Bbq area was very nice. There were more than enough rooms! We were very surprised to find an additional bedroom setup in a separate poolhouse area! The kids enjoyed the arcade room. The house was well stocked with necessities. There was a coffee station. Overall very satisfied and would love to come back again!

The house was well organized and filled with amenities. Every room was kept neatly and well clean. The backyard captivated everyone’s soul when we arrived. The pool is definitely a perfect place to relax yourself after a long day. The pool water was so clean and clear, it looked like glass. The kids loved the slide and the adults enjoyed the spa. Life jackets were provided which was greatly appreciated since a few toddlers didn’t know how to swim. Even when the weather was cold at night, it still felt warm in the spa. The house was located near shopping centers and supermarkets which was really convenient. Disneyland was really close and we got there in just a few minutes. The neightborhood was quiet and the house especially had a private gate. Richard was always available to answer our questions and needs whenever we contacted him. Everyone loved the house with no complaints. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
