If you want to get close to nature, visit St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, all less than a mile from your front door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

Guests may be limited to one (1) parking pass per reservation on certain dates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My 3 teen girls and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect and the condo offered all that we needed. The beach service was definitely a plus. I am so thankful to have had this experience with my family! Highly recommend 1207!!

We loved everything about this condo. It is by far our favorite we have stayed at so far. Super clean and love the decorations! We will be back!

We got there early but the front said we couldn't check in till 4. Very rude and didn't even welcome us or get up front behind her desk. Code didn't work. The front door was already open and wouldnt lock.Call customer service..they sent someone with correct code. Not enough sheets or blankets!
