Spend your days by the lagoon-style pool or on the sand tanning. Let out your competitive side on the tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts or bring the little ones to the onsite playground. Complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a private washer and dryer, you'll find everything you need for the perfect stay in paradise!
Situated between Rosemary and Alys Beach, this condo is across the street from a hub of local shops, cafes, and restaurants. For a great way to spend a morning, book a tee time at Camp Creek Golf Club just two miles from the complex. For a little more action, take the scenic 10-mile drive up to Pier Park for unlimited shopping options as well as attractions nearby such as Gulf World and Aaron Bessant Amphitheater. Camp Helen State Park and Carillo Beach are nearby and offer a bit of peace and quiet with trails and secluded beaches.

The property is great. Perfect spot on the beach. Not too crowded. Like the property on either side. Crabby Steves is Awesome! The furnishings in the unit left a lot to be desired for the price.

Loved the beach access, the view, and the fact that even though 30A was insanely busy this condo area felt easy. Parking was easy, the unloading process was easy, chairs, and bikes, it all went so smoothly, even over the July 4th holiday. We will definitely be back!

We loved this condo! It has fabulous updates and a gorgeous view. Everything you need is walking distance.
Linda, with the security staff, was always wearing a smile! She was interactive with us everyday and so kind to always open the gate for us. She’s the best!

We loved the gulf view from our patio! Also loved that we parked our car and could walk everywhere ( beach,pool, shopping, dining,etc)!!
