4 bedroom house in the center of Hossegor Lake / town center / Ocean

We offer you a house ideally located for seaside holidays in the center of the village of Soorts Hossegor. It is located 5 minutes by bike from the marine lake and 10 minutes by bike from the ocean.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9) plus a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 additional beds. All the beds are 160 except one bedroom where the bunk bed has a 140cm mattress and one of 90cm. It has 2 bathrooms a kitchen open to the living room. We opened the living room to the kitchen and the exterior by integrating a large sliding bay and a pocket bay to open the house to the maximum on the terrace.
Outside, there is a parking space that can accommodate 3 cars and an 80m2 terrace on which we have organized a relaxation area and a dining area. It is equipped with a barbecue and a Plancha. This terrace will be made of wood and will be built in early April. This is the reason why the photos on the site do not show the terrace.
We are finishing the renovation of the house, we wanted it simple and comfortable for a great vacation.
The whole house has been redone except for a small space in the garage.

Hossegor is a seaside resort which lives all year round. Shops, market, cinema, entertainment are located in the center of Hossegor. The marine lake is perfectly suited for the youngest children but the ocean is not far either for wave lovers. The boardsports factory outlets are located in Soorts (town). Capbreton, nearby has an auction and a port. Lots of activities (lake, ocean, paddle, surf, ride, bike, board sports, running ... etc ...) and discovery of the region (nature reserve of the marshes of Orx, Bayonne, Biarritz, Espelette , Saint Jean de Luz and more generally the Basque country, Spanish border at 45 min, San Sebastian at 1 road).
