Covering an area of 1200 m2, the garden of the House of Marcassins unfolds in front of the property about 250 m2 but especially at the rear, with a steep pine forest of over 700 m2 decorated with cork oaks and 'arbutus. The west terrace is accessible by car via the portal, and North Terrace features a bicycle or scooter access to reach the back of the house.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, assez vaste pour notre groupe de 11 sans jamais avoir l’impression d’être les uns sur les autres ! Bien équipée, fonctionnelle et au calme absolue !
Olivier et sa fille Marie sont très agréables et réactifs . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison faite pour accueillir une tribu comme la nôtre ; 3 familles.
Bel environnement, bien agencée, la terrasse est super pour prendre ses repas.
À vélo il faut compter 20 minutes pour se rendre à la plage des Gravières et en environ 15 minutes pour le centre ville de Hossegor.
Nous vous la conseillons pour vos prochaines vacances.

La maison de Mr Weber est un bien de famille qui a gardé son ame et nous nous y sommes rapidement sentis comme " chez nous" .Elle est fonctionnelle ,propre ,bien equipée ,agréable et située dans un quartier calme ce qui est loin d'etre négligeable .Quant à Mr Weber et Marine ils ont toujours été à notre disposition pour rendre notre séjour le plus facile possible .

Une belle et grande maison pleine de bonne ondes pour se retrouver en famille... comme chez soi ! Les soirées sur la terrasse autour des bons produits des Landes resteront un super souvenir... Côté localisation, on est près du centre sans être gêné par la foule de cette période hautement touristique. C'était un superbe séjour : merci pour l'accueil et à l'année prochaine !
