The living / dining room is equipped with a foldable dining table with 4 chairs and a couch, as well as with a wall folding bed for two people. For your entertainment there is a TV with DVD player / USB connection, hi-fi with CD player / USB connection. From the living / dining room you have direct access to the balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and a spacious wardrobe. The well-equipped kitchen has a stove with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, air circulation hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and microwave. The brightly tiled bathroom has a shower, sink and hairdryer. There is enough space for your personal cosmetics. There is a built-in closet in the hallway. In addition to irons and ironing boards, you will also find cleaning agents and utensils there. The apartment has a garage (dimensions: 5.30 x 2.10). You can also safely park your personal bikes there. A public car park is located approx. 80 m away on Schützenstraße. For loading and unloading you can drive directly in front of the house entrance.
