About this apartment rental
Wonderful studio totally refurbished! Super charming and very comfortable, this apartment on the 1st floor of a residential building with elevator is located in the heart of Lisbon, on the historic district of São Bento. Surrounded by lots of restaurants, design shops, galleries and cafes, still super quiet and safe. The perfect place to offer you the feeling of how it is to live in Lisbon and still be walking distance to many touristic attractions.
In the apartment you will find:
- 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 very comfortable queen-size bed.
- Bathroom with excellent shower and nice tub.
- Complete kitchen equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, iron, toaster, etc.
- Balcony with table and chairs, perfect for a break between the city tours, a breakfast, a quick snack or a nice glass of wine.
There is also a common laundry area in the building that guests can use.

Santos is a quiet and residential part of the city located in the middle of everything. The luxurious Chiado and São Bento are walking distance, with its famous boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. During the night, the bustle of Rua da Bica and Bairro Alto are just a few minutes away. The famous electric 28 passes very close. There is a supermarket about 300 meters away and many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

Property Managed was excellent. Check in process was flawless with lots of communication and assistance with facility and recommended services in the area. We had an electric breaker trip and he was there immediately to fix it. My only comment is that the bed mattresses is a little hard. Highly recommend this apartment

This apartment was perfect for our 2 nights in Lisbon. Location gave us easy walking access to so many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops as well as to historical sites in the area. Place was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Our host met us as planned and was extremely helpful. Thank you for an exceptional, comfortable stay!
