Excellent location with easy lock box entry & exit.
Some construction noise in the morning but very quiet at night.

Not far from the airport less than 10 minutes. Near the local plaza with lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to find a taxi. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Carlos was an excellent host and easy to contact.

The host was very responsive and communicated clearly.
The location is very convenient for travellers who want to explore Barajas and have a flight to catch.
For 1 or 2 days (max) it is ok.
The apartment is a bit sad and dreary. Also, it is cold. I communicated with host about it it and he fixed it temporarilly but then the heater went off again.
