Newly renovated studio apartment in an old Tuscan barn, with all the modern comforts for a pleasant stay, surrounded by nature. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people.
It is equipped with air conditioning system for summer and heat pump for winter (Daikin brand).
The apartment is accessed from the garden via a comfortable iron staircase. Close by lives the owner. There are 3 other apartments for rent on the same property, each one offers absolute privacy.
The entrance is furnished with sofa / bed, large table, chairs, smart TV, étagère.
Kitchenette to the left of the entrance, furnished with fridge / freezer, 2-plate induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with capsules , toaster, dishes.
Bathroom with large walk-in shower equipped with column with thermostatic mixer; sink with drawer, toilet with hand shower, hairdryer.
Through a comfortable design staircase one accesses the wooden mezzanine, furnished with a queen size double bed, bedside tables with linen containers, hangers, bench. View of the hills from the upper window.
Outdoor spaces and garden are available for guests. They are equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. The location is perfect to relax while enjoying a glass of wine looking at the beautiful panorama, especially at sunset.

Violetta è una donna molto gentile e sorridente, il posto è bellissimo, con una vista meravigliosa, ci si sente a casa e fa venir voglia di prendersi una settimana di relax! È a soli 15 minuti da Firenze, anche le strade per arrivarci sono panoramiche, io l'ho apprezzato molto. ci ha lasciato delle cialde per il caffè anche se non è prevista la colazione. Nel compleanno una bella esperienza, tornare sarebbe un piacere. L'appartamento è comodo e va bene anche per 3 persone, tenuto bene ed accogliente.
