About this house rental
The apartment is located on the upper floor of the ancient stone building, used for the production of wine ('la Tinaia'). Completely renovated and furnished with care, it is equipped with every comfort. It enjoys a pleasant view over the countryside and the park of secular trees of the small farm complex. Large living room with sofa bed and fireplace on one side and kitchen-dining area on the other; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 beds (separated or joined), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
A beautiful lawn, equipped with chairs and table, is for the exclusive and independent use of the tenant. In the garden fountain with drinking water and lighting for evening use.
Tranquility and breezy climate characterize the place which is ideally placed for visiting Florence, the Chianti valley, Arezzo, Siena and the other cities of Tuscany.
On the ground floor there is another apartment, similar in size, layout and furnishings, with a completely independent entrance and available for rent (see property no. 6035977).

Great location to visit not only Florence (30 minutes) but mainly some of its surroundings in the Tuscan region (Siena, Arezzo...). Well-equipped country appartment and nice hospitality by the owners. Very nice experience!!!

La villa est très confortable, propre et très bien située pour visiter les sites touristiques de Toscane.
Située en pleine campagne, la villa est sécurisée et idéale pour un séjour avec enfants. La vue est magnifique et très reposante.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et professionnels.
Je recommande vivement cette location.
