Enjoyed stay but disappointed with the general hygiene standards of the apartment.

Location peaceful

Dust in bedrooms and floor throughout also dusty. Check the standard of the quilt covers used on both beds, had hairs on them and had seen better days, were old and not very warm. No where to put a drink at the side of either bed. No mattress protector on bed upstairs and hairs on the mattress. The chest of drawers although old were not fit for purpose and were also grubby with paper drawer liners in each, we did not put clothes in there so there wasn't anywhere to put folded clothes. No iron all rental properties have an iron. No TV in bedroom this would have been a plus for the apartment if there was. We don't have a pet but we found d white dog hairs on our clothes. Sand and grit on the setee.

The accommodation was comfortable, with all facilities we expected

On arrival the cleaning and turnaround had not been done. The bedding and towels were in the bath. There was old food in the fridge and dirty pots in the dishwasher. There were dog hairs on the settees etc. we contacted Skye’s who admitted that the cleaning service had not been booked. This was remedied within a few hours to a good standard but meant we had to go and eat out whilst it was done, not as we had planned. I complained about the arrival etc and Sykes advised that the host had agreed to make a refund, as reparation. I have still not received this and when I complained to booking.com they merely said there was nothing they could do. This was not the service I expected from booking.com, Sykes or the host and it marred an otherwise comfortable stay.

Could have been cleaner but enjoyed our stay

Lovely views, bed was comfortable. Was very handy for the bar and restaurant at the golf club and not far from Treaddur Bay.

Cleaning could have been a lot better, dust all over the place. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly, not enough dishes if 4 people staying. There was no rug in the lounge as shown in the photos. No hand wash or cleansing gel. We also did not get a welcome pack, most places supply them now, not even a pint of milk.

lovely apartment just a 15 minute walk to the beach. Everything we needed for a 3 night break away as a family!

The property was clean, comfortable and had all the home comforts needed.

Treadurr Bay is lovely. unfortunately the injury caused by faulty outside lighting spoiled the holiday.

the property was within walking distance of the beach and had plenty of parking.

there was no outside lighting working which lead to an accident causing injury and impaired holiday. there was a significant amount of dust within the apartment also.
