Staff are friendly. A nice vibe around the pool. Clean rooms which are tidied daily.

The older rooms are very dated with little lighting. Bathrooms are flooded after every shower so older less mobile guests would need to factor that in.

Absolutely love this place have visited a couple of times but first time staying and as always didn’t disappoint. Everyone from the owners to the staff make you feel welcome and can’t do enough for you

Nothing

There are some places that may not have the highest facility standards — the rooms here are quite old, for example — but where you simply feel good. And this is definitely one of them. This place has EVERYTHING you need. The location is great, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops just a minute’s walk away. The staff is extremely friendly and lovely. There’s a bar and restaurant where you can get tasty food throughout the day, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts — plus a huge selection of cocktails. The pool is clean and very well designed for both children and adults, with different depths at different ends. There are lots of British people, both among the staff and the guests, which gives the whole place a very chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Children swim, jump and play ball, adults enjoy their drinks — and everyone just seems to be having a great time. The only problem with this place? You may not want to leave at all and risk missing all the beautiful places Zakynthos has to offer. 😀 Two more things worth mentioning: The planes — which I was a little worried about before coming — didn’t bother us at all. There is live entertainment every night between around 10 pm and midnight. If you’re an early bird and like going to sleep early, this might be a problem. Otherwise, it’s quiet at night and we slept very well. PS: you can watch the beautiful sunsets every evening just from the balcony 🤩

The only small thing is probably Wi-Fi which was very weak.

Close to the beach and restaurants and shops. Whole family could stay together in one apartment with connected rooms and cooking. There was a balcony area to dry clothes. The air conditioning was an amazing! The staff were very friendly and gave us extra pillows when we asked. There was a safe to lock away valuables. We appreciated being able to buy coffee from the cafe in the morning.

The photos made the property look nicer than it was in reality. The accommodation was very basic. The shower was only usable as showerhead held on your had as there was no proper screen or door so the water splashed everywhere. The dishes cutlery etc and frying pan were also all very dirty when we arrived and had to be washed before use. The late night entertainment also Made it hard to sleep for those without earplugs.
