Nobu Hotel Warsaw

Great location and such a beautiful and comfortable room

The hotel is nice, quiet and you can tell is new. Some details to improve: cleaning could be done better, we saw some crumbs on the carpet when we checked-in and some furniture had dust. Another issue we experienced was that at 00h we were unable to contact room service and reception, we tried 3 times and didn't get a call back - we just needed ice for an injury.

I stayed at Nobu Warsaw and overall had a very lovely and comfortable experience. The location is truly great — the area felt cozy, stylish, and full of life, with plenty of cafes and restaurants just around the corner. I personally found it very atmospheric and convenient. The room was modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed in a loft style. The bed was incredibly comfortable — one of the best I’ve experienced — and the smart lighting/AC system, high-quality hairdryer and straightener, robes and slippers all added to the sense of comfort. I especially appreciated the in-room cosmetics — the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were fantastic. The only detail that stood out was that the body lotion was from a different brand, which slightly broke the sense of aesthetic consistency. Also, in one of the rooms, the hair conditioner wasn’t refilled — not a big deal at all, but just something to consider checking in advance, especially for a five-star hotel. As for areas that could be improved: The overhead shower felt a little off — the water pressure wasn’t terrible, but didn’t feel quite right, maybe slightly blocked. Replacing or cleaning it could make a difference. Also, the soap in plastic wrapping seemed a bit out of place in such a modern and stylish setting. Service-wise, the staff were always kind and helpful. I can’t say anything bad about the team — they were polite and tried their best to assist every time. The only thing I noticed was a bit of inconsistency in communication between staff at the front desk. I had to repeat the same requests a couple of times, likely because shifts changed and notes weren’t passed along clearly. In the end, though, everything was always resolved with a smile. A small improvement in internal communication would simply make the experience even smoother — but even as it was, it still left a positive impression. The gym had everything needed for a good workout. It was clean and well-equipped. My only suggestion would be to slightly adjust the air conditioning — it was really cold at first, which made the beginning of the workout a bit uncomfortable. But again, this is just a small note and depends on personal preference. Soundproofing was decent — you could occasionally hear doors or cleaning activity, but nothing that truly disturbed me. I slept really well, which is the most important thing for me. And the blackout curtains were absolutely amazing! I didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. All in all, I truly enjoyed my stay at Nobu. Despite a few tiny things that could be improved, the overall experience was wonderful, and I felt taken care of. Nobu is definitely my favorite hotel in Warsaw so far, and I’ll happily return again. With just a little more attention to detail and communication, it would easily be a 10/10 stay — or even 100/10.

Terrible experience at Nobu, had a large party check in next door and throw a rager till 3am in the morning. Tried to call front desk multiple times, no answer, had to go down in person at 2am to ask them to fix the situation. Next door room started banging on my door at 230am after front desk let them know that I (next room) complained. Tried to call again at 245am, no answer from the front desk and had to tolerate a large party next door till 4am........ TERRIBLE HOTEL
